Job updates

The job-update form stores the email address you submit and the time you consented to receive updates. It does not create an account or publish your email address.

Accounts and resumes

Clerk manages account sign-in. Your profile stores the details you provide and editable text extracted from your resume. Original uploaded documents are discarded after extraction.

Who can see your profile

Your resume is not published on the public job board. Clinics can find your profile when you opt into discovery. Applying to a participating clinic shares your profile and resume text with that clinic for its hiring process.

You can update your information or turn discovery off in your profile. An existing application remains available to the clinic you applied to.

Employer access

Posting jobs requires a verified work email. This email check does not certify an employer, job, professional license, or qualification.

External job listings

Aggregated listings link to the original employer. Applications submitted on another website are handled by that website and are not tracked as applications here.
