Healthcare hiring should work as one system.
Practica brings healthcare job search and hiring together. Professionals can find work at care providers, and hiring teams can manage the process from an application to a new teammate.
Built around the people who deliver care
A healthcare team includes more than clinicians. Nurses, medical assistants, therapists, receptionists, practice managers, IT engineers, and data analysts all have a place in the same organization. Their hiring requirements differ, but they need a clear process and a team that knows what happens next.
We are building Practica for those teams: clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers, across clinical and nonclinical roles.
Start with finding the right opening
Job search is the front door. Practica aggregates openings from providers' public job boards and lets professionals compare roles, locations, and employment arrangements. Each imported listing links to the employer's application process.
Candidates can also save a profile and resume, find matches, and choose whether healthcare employers can discover them. Applying to a job posted directly on Practica connects that application to the provider's hiring workspace.
Keep the hiring process connected
A resume is the beginning of a hiring decision. Interviews, feedback, candidate questions, offers, and onboarding need a place in that process too. Practica keeps those steps with the application so a teammate can see the current stage and the decisions that led to it.
Providers can organize locations, invite hiring teams, set pipelines for individual positions, and review recruiting reports. Structured scorecards and private notes give reviewers a way to record the evidence behind their decisions.
Make healthcare requirements part of the workflow
Qualifications belong alongside the hiring record. Practica lets teams collect license information and credential evidence, record their own review, and follow onboarding tasks through completion. A candidate entering a license does not verify it; the provider remains responsible for checking the qualification.
Employer access requires a verified work email. Candidate discovery is optional, and private hiring notes stay with the provider's team. These are part of the product's foundation.
One product, from job search to onboarding
Our direction is straightforward: make healthcare openings easier to find and give providers a connected way to hire. Practica is free for job seekers and healthcare teams, with job aggregation and applicant tracking in the same product.
